2025-26 Admissions Information

WCA will be accepting applications for all classes for the 2025-26 school year until 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 1, 2025! Applications received after March 1st may not be acknowledged at this time.

Entrance Testing and Interviews will take place March 3 through March 13, 2025.

All applications should be submitted to the WCA gate guards. Applicants will receive a call from the WCA office when we are ready to test and interview your child. There is no application submission fee; however, 1000 TK will be required when a child arrives for an entrance test.

KG1 Program Details:

This class consists of a daily 3.5-hour program to develop a child’s English language, social and cognitive skills before KG 2.
Students must be 4 before September 1^st.

KG2 Program Details:

1. This class consists of a full day (5.5-hour) program beginning at 8:30 a.m. and focuses on English language acquisition, math, socialization, cognitive development skills, and work habits that are necessary for Class 1.

2. Students must be 5 before September 1^st.

Grades 1 – 12 are preparation classes for the American Diploma that is received following the completion of Grade 12.

The application needs to include the following:

1. General admission form

2. The child’s government approved birth certificate

3. One passport-sized photo of your child

4. All report cards and school records from past schools

5. A cover letter explaining why you would like your child to attend WCA
