“For all graduates and former students of WCA who need school records from WCA, you may download the attached form. All completed forms can be delivered to the WCA Office Secretary or emailed to [email protected]. Once your educational forms have been prepared by WCA you will be contacted via phone or email.
Please note, any special fees which are required for the completion of your forms, should be turned into the WCA Accounts office prior to picking up the forms.”
