Due to the present security concerns and our desire to ensure the safety of each of our children, we are creating a WCA Security ID Card. Please carefully follow each step.
- Download one Security Information Form per family.
- Complete the form in English using all capital letters.
- Make a photo copy of your National ID card and the National ID Card of all the adults you are authorizing to pick up your children.
- Write an email to: [email protected] to make an appointment to have your photographs taken.
- Report to school: You, all authorized pick-up persons, and any new students must come together to school at your appointment time for form verification and a photo.
*** Please be sure to bring your completed Security Information Form and copies of your National ID Card.
